Diet is key....

After months of hard working out, the abs were nowhere in sight. The reason being that I wasn't getting enough calories and I went into survival mode. The fat was stored around my midsection and arms.
**Note to self: Get at least 1800 calories a day when on Insanity program.
Here is a picture of the closest I got to my ideal body (no abs!!):

After some slowing down of the Insanity, increasing resistance training via P90X and Brazil Butt Lift (tri-brid program that I put together), the only fat left was in my mid section and armpits. How to get rid of armpit fat...? Here is a picture of armpit fat that I found online. Mine is similar.
