Swing kicks - 57
Power jacks - 61
Power knees - 101
Power jumps - 40
Frog jumps - 11
Suicide - 16
Push-up jacks - 21
Low plank oblique - 40

Why hasn't my body changed? It looks the same. I'm thinking it's impossible to get my waist below 27.5 inches due to my bone structure. Maybe it's ideal to work on the hips??
