Why hasn't my body changed? It looks the same. I'm thinking it's impossible to get my waist below 27.5 inches due to my bone structure. Maybe it's ideal to work on the hips??

After 90 days of P90X and 60 days of Insanity, my measurements are still the same. I think I've gotten bigger, which is really disappointing. So, I am trying something new this time around. Here is the calendar I've been following:




















Height: 5'4
Weight: 125 lbs (lost 5 lbs since December)
Bust: 34.5 in.
Upper Waist: 28.5 in.
Lower Waist: 33 in.
Hips: 37 in.
Thigh: 21 in.
Calves: 13 in.

WHR: 0.77
BMI: 21.45
Body fat percentage: 26.25%

Goal:

Height: 5'4
Weight: 120 lbs (lost 5 lbs since December)
Bust: 34.5 in.
Upper Waist: 26.5 in.
Lower Waist: 31 in.
Hips: 37 in.
Thigh: 20 in.
Calves: 13 in.

WHR: 0.7 - 0.72
BMI: 18.5–24.9
Body fat percentage: under 21%
