Day 1 of workout program. I failed miserably in my last attempt at P90X Lean. This is my second attempt. To get into shape, I started with intervals, light weights, and cardio four times a week. This consisted of jumping jacks, jump roping, 20 minutes on the treadmill, squats, and lunges. When I feel in good enough shape, I started the P90X program again. It has been one week into it.

Height: 5'4
Weight: 130 lbs (fail!!! gained 10 lbs since April)
Bust: 34.5 in.
Upper Waist: 30 in.
Lower Waist: 34 in.
Hips: 37 in.
Thigh: 21.5 in.
Calves: 13.5 in.

Goal: 115 lbs
- Lose some fat, gain some muscles, and look good in a red dress for Valentine's Day.
